Ayase laser diode products include 635nm, 650nm and 660nm in the visible wavelengths and 780nm, 808nm and 850nm in the infrared wavelengths. The standard package types include 9.0mm, 5.6mm and miniature 3.3mm diameter TO-can.

Our patented APC laser diodes offer the built-in auto power control function inside the standard 5.6mm and 3.3mm diameter TO-can.
